A company is looking for a Customer Care Agent in Shared
Services.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and service requests via phone,
email, or chat
Log case notes and provide accurate information to resolve
inquiries
Participate in ongoing training and submit ideas for continuous
improvement
Required Qualifications
High school diploma
Minimum of one year of relevant experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Windows-based
applications
Ability to work with a variety of constituencies
Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience
will be considered
