Job Description:

A company is looking for an IL Licensed Nurse Practitioner - Urgent Care (Modified Full Time).

Key Responsibilities:

Perform age-appropriate history and virtual examinations, evaluate, diagnose, and recommend treatment plans
Document medical information and review patient history at each visit
Manage pediatric and adult patients for acute, chronic, and mental health conditions

Required Qualifications:

Current and active Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure in IL State
Board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through AANP or ANCC
Multi-state licensure is required
Graduate of an accredited Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner Program
3+ years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in primary care or urgent care
