Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regional General Manager to oversee
the execution and scaling of healthcare services in their
region.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team to execute Enhanced Care Management (ECM) services
Own the operational P&L for the region and drive quarterly
OKRs
Develop playbooks and SOPs for ECM programs while ensuring
compliance with Health Plan requirements
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience managing complex operational teams
Experience in virtual health is a plus
Strong technical skills, including familiarity with CRM databases
and basic software applications
Proven track record of meeting key performance metrics
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
